      - Leadership is completely disengaged, especially the CEO, who shows no real involvement or vision - Hardworking employees are overlooked while under-performers are protected and promoted. - No accountability at any level. - Poor communication and zero direction from the top - Culture has shifted from one of pride and purpose to confusion and frustration.

      Pros

      Based in San Diego, CA, the work team is warm and friendly with all employees. The Founder is very much interested in the wellbeing of all employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes mistakes made by the shipping department affect everyone, specially the sales team. The CEO is not as team-friendly as the South African founder.

      Pros

      The people I work with are some of the nicest people I ever meet. The location is perfect.

      Cons

      They do not provide raises as mentioned during the interview process. Benefits are expensive .
