Root issue at the company is in regards to the lack of resources/manpower available. For a company that recently moved into a new market, being the state of RI, they have maintained negligent levels of staffing across most departments, which makes it incredibly difficult as an employee to make any sort of progress. Second, there is no feedback mechanism for employees to voice concern, it's as if management doesn't even care to know what issues their staff are dealing with, as a result this creates a vicious cycle of high turnover coupled with overall discontent across the employee base. The company has little to no regard for their employees.
