I would not recommend working here due to the management culture. The leadership lacks effective people management skills, and micromanagement is the norm. Employees are constantly monitored, and your efficiency is frequently questioned, regardless of the quality of your work. This creates an environment of stress rather than trust. Working beyond regular hours is often expected, and if you decline, it may be escalated to management. I also witnessed colleagues being publicly called out and bullied during meetings, creating a toxic workplace atmosphere. Unfortunately, these behaviours were not addressed by senior management. Instead of holding managers accountable, employees are often told to “adjust” or accept the situation, regardless of the circumstances. The office culture is uncomfortable. There is constant whispering and gossip throughout the workplace, which says a lot about the overall environment. Rather than fostering collaboration and open communication, it feels like employees are always on edge. There is very little psychological safety, and concerns raised by employees do not appear to lead to meaningful change. Accountability seems to flow in one direction, with employees frequently blamed while inappropriate management behaviour goes unchecked. Pros: Supportive and hardworking colleagues.

Poor leadership, micromanagement, constant scrutiny of employee performance, expectation of working beyond regular hours, lack of accountability for management, workplace gossip, and a culture where employees are expected to tolerate inappropriate behaviour.
