Pros
- The best thing me and my colleagues experienced here is job satisfaction - Very friendly and supportive Management - Timely appraisal and increment - They always make sure that clients never stress the employees. All the estimations are given referring to the employees. - There has not been a single month when my salary got delayed. It is processed and deposited on first date of the month without fail (during my 4 years of serving here) . This is significant to me as I faced this issue in my previous company. - The good thing I loved about the company is the work culture and team bonding. - You will get a chance to learn new and trending technology.
Cons
- The clients are basically Americans(USA) and Europeans. You might have to work for clients who are Spanish, German or French. They don't speak good English. This might be an issue for some if they have to work with these non-English speaking clients. I faced this issue initially. - Mostly the company promotes working on Mac and Linux based systems. Though there are Windows systems, still the Management insists on using Mac or Linux based systems as they feel using Unix based systems is good to improve developer skill sets. This might be a turn off for people who love to use Windows.
