Low pay and limited benefits. Huge divide between largely unproductive faculty and staff. Grossly unqualified upper admin staff (associate deans, etc.). Little sense of community and huge turf wars. Shameful slippage in school rankings from nearly breaking into top 10 to now the bottom of top 20.
