Pros

Fantastic reach of all properties, but still not an easy sale. Great work/life balance. Long term vision of this company was clear to all who work their but change isn't always easy.

Cons

Poor leadership. Lack of training which intern caused a high rate of turnover. Management tries to sugar coat the truth which makes it hard to trust them, which makes staying with the company less desirable. Opportunities for advancement are non-existent.

Pros

The people are the greatest part about Rich Broadcasting. I've worked here for over a year and I feel like everyone on our team has my back. They are respectful, helpful and kind. I love coming to work and I love the opportunities for growth they have given me. My career has skyrocketed in a way I never even imagined.

Cons

This is a start up company which means we are still trying to figure everything out. This can be frustrating if you don't know whether you're a DJ, a program director, a street team member or a salesperson. This is not a 9-5 job, it's a "do whatever it takes to make it successful" kind of job. If having an entrepreneurial spirit, being flexible and working hard isn't your thing then you should probably look for another job.

Pros

Great group of stations that was well assembled.

Cons

Basically everything else. The owner lives in Utah and rambles on about his past life at KSL and spends hours on end in meetings. He is a coward, as he send berating emails from “command central,” yet never says a thing to your face. Recently he said he had to dip into his personal savings to make payroll as if that’s supposed to motivate the sales team to do more. Nope - instead, there is constant turnover with the exception of one sales person, no one else has been there for more than 6 months. Local understanding is Rich, the owner, is unethical, has robbed millions from local investors and has yet to pay a dime back. He won’t even return phone calls.
