Over time available, consistent work, variety within position from day to day, ability to gain raise almost yearly, yearly bonus
Cons
Limited ability to grow with company or climb corporate ladder, poor communication between office and warehouse employees, definitive class system established between "white" and "blue" collar workers, pay rate is middle of the road, benefits increasingly devolving to lower standard, very minor then no hazard pay within the Covid-19 "climate" we live in, company treated like a retail space when in reality a wholesale business
