Cons
The owners do not care about their employees at all. They do not care about employees having families. You will never have weekends off, ever. Every other dealership offers at least one weekend off a month but not here. They refuse, and you can never actually use your sick days or vacations unless you want to be reprimanded. Also the pay structure is sketch the way they work it out. Too complex to explain but what it comes down to is you pay $200-400 a month to work there that they take from hours. Which in the grand scheme of things and how much you make it isn’t worthy of a complaint, it’s just a little shady.
