Pros
From the 4 weeks training academy and early stages of being in the role, I was offered lots of help not only from Team leaders/Managers but also from my colleagues who were more then welcome to help.
Easy communication to and from an office halfway across the country made it easy to pick us where someone else left off. Always someone to talk to no matter if your issue is work related, or personal.
Cons
Job can be stressful with kitting targets.
Scripting needs to be followed, quite difficult to do on a rare occasion deepening on customer questions/complaints
