Can end up being Great pay if you want to dedicate your life to spending ALL waking hours there. Can be a very rewarding job if you are there to work for the clients’ success and not just collect a paycheck!!

Not supported or appreciated by your administration department for all the responsibilities of the direct client care entails not when you are injured when doing so. Be prepared to spend almost everyday doing the work of 3 people by yourself Bcuz they work short staff and hire individuals that don’t want to actually work while they are there on the clock.
