      Pros

      The company is growing extremely fast. I love the pace at which we innovate, the facetime with customers and the ownership I am give. I love our new office - it feels like a cafe.

      Cons

      This level of accountability is new but scary as well. Because there is a lot of pressure to deliver.

      Pros

      The learning and exposure are amazing. The entire team is self-motivated to strive each day, you're not limited to the role you join for, there's so much more to learn and the team is happy to help. I have been here for 3+ months now and each day here has been a new learning experience. The management is open to experimentation as well.

      None really. Great place to be a part of with great people!
