Bad communication, comparatively low salary

The administrative staff was helpful, surprisingly.

Do not expect to get help from your colleagues from other teams. There was no inclusiveness around projects. There was no credit given to the right people, who actually worked on the projects and their problems. Their collaborative relationships with other schools at Massey aren't perfect as they project on the social network. Funding was never a problem for Riddet, but they would not provide it to phd students or pay more wages to technicians when actually needed.
