      Pros

      Independent work - little supervision if you know what you are doing in the trade. Company vehicle provided.

      Cons

      Juveniles run the shop and if you don't mind being harassed by them off the job, assaulted by them at the shop and constantly having to watch your back around the 3..you will be OK.

      I have been with this company for three years and I am very pleased with the amount that I have learned while here. Management is professional, listens and is willing to work to tackle anything that comes along.
