      None the whole company needs to have a look at their structure they have a helpdesk which none of them knows what they are doing including their manager wasteful people, the finance team are always slow at paying back expenses. Well what can i say about the CEO all he cares about is making profits rather than looking out for his staff and giving benefits. hardly gets any christmas parties.

      the ceo doesn't know what he is doing and so does all the directors of the company. no benefits, no progression or promotions WORST COMPANY EVER DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD.

      Pros

      Ridgewall could be a good company. However the current management team are dreadful in all aspects.

      Cons

      The CEO is diabolical and make incredibly poor decisions. Yet he insists in holding fortnightly huddles to tell everyone how great he his and how well the company is doing. Yet the staff never get yearly pay increases or bonuses.
