Full Time Staff - Anonymous employee Ridgewood High School Employee Review

RHS is a small community high school which leads to close group of employees. Administration actively listen to employee concerns and ideas. There is sense of community among staff and families. The health benefits are the best I have ever received, pay is comparable to other districts and the work/life balance is fantastic.
