Pros
Pays more than the average PR role, but that's to keep you from leaving
Cons
insanely abusive culture you will be expected to tolerate being humiliated in front of the whole team and shouted at and called useless and expected to work around the clock. I worked 8.30am to 8pm most days and was told i was being fired for not doing enough. You'll be yelled at for spelling mistakes or errors in meeting documents and routinely threatened with being fired. Management lies about you and the team and complains about you to cover their backs takes credit for your work and is completely believed as CEO isnt in the office. Disciplinaries are weekly and team anxiety is really high. Saw multiple normal people have mental breakdowns. Always losing clients and staff every month. You wont be hired so he can get around constructive dismissal and workplace bullying and tax. Hires young women because they will take more abuse from him and are eyecandy for clients. DO NOT work here.
