Pros

New learning experiences, exposure to the EHR Training industry.

Cons

They poached so many experienced trainers at high salaries that they thought they could treat entry level applicants like trash. Have heard they told more than one person “ we have a stack of other resumes of people who want this job.” Truth is it takes months and thousands to security check and train a new hire, especially entry level. Expect a change of piece but don’t expect the cost to invest in you. You’re just another number to them. They hire Lead trainers all from the south and tiger all know each other and don’t pull their weight, and if they do they are too good to work here and will get another job anyway.

Pros

Covid - allowed to work from home

Cons

They provide nothing and you have to do it on your own, ineffective training, no valuable or useable communication, embarrassing to work for. They pay well below average, dock pay for non worked hours yet have no problem having you work 10-13 hours with no extra pay even nights, weekends and during go live if you cover inpatient plan on working 12 days straight 10-14 hours with no breaks. And even when you work until the middle of the month they cheat you out of pay. They prorate your pay when you start working even though they have you working on HR paperwork for weeks before you start. Zero company support onsite and no tools. Expect you to Learn the system without being able to access the system.
