Pros
Some of the people I was able to get to know as colleagues were amazing people.
Cons
First of all, please note that a spate of 5 star reviews showed up in April / May 2024. Make no mistake, people were asked (and only people who would give positive feedback) to bump up the Glassdoor scores. That is what happened. Look at the older reviews to hear more of what life is really like at RTB.
The leadership says very lofty things in public and then violates their own words and standards grossly every single day inside the organization. Example: charging money to train people on how to have Generative Conflict while simultaneously firing people who ask simple questions that the leadership don't want to hear. Creating imaginary rules that were never once voiced previously and then using them on the spot as a reason to fire someone. This place is the literal opposite of a place where any kind of Right to Be yourself exists. If you (even unintentionally) cross the leadership, WATCH OUT.
Just a full-on culture of gaslighting, pulling the rug out from people and changing the rules constantly, not even attempting to live out what the company says it values. It's THAT bad.
I'm wondering how long it will be before some reporter finds out the dirty laundry and then this place will be another virtue-signaling org that meets its demise.
