Pros
- Superstar team - the kind of people who'd give guys in Silicon Valley a run for their money - Friendly culture - everyone is super friendly and willing to take a second or two out of their busy days to talk about what they're up to, which is helpful when you're working in a startup - Lots of learning opportunities - you're going to learn different skillsets from sales, marketing, operations, a bit of coding, etc - Great product - the kind of product that only comes once in a while and hopefully will change the way we look at health & wellness - Amenities - relaxing space, hammock, free food, etc
Cons
- Unpredictable workload - sometimes you're going to have to juggle with a lot of different tasks but sometimes you're wishing you'd have more work - Working with the smartest, most ambitious people is a good thing, but you have to be ready for it all the time - A lot of tasks are spontaneous and stem from curiosity - most will be forgotten about when finished (have to remind)
