I've worked at Rightpoint for a while now, and my biggest pro of the place is that I still enjoy going to work each and every day. Unlike other agencies, I consistently get the strong feeling that everyone is on the same team - we celebrate each others' successes and support everyone as they need.
Cons
The fast pace and growth can lead to some chaotic times where you need to rely on your own training to know the best path forward.
