Pros
Everyone is very supportive; Management is very transparent; I really like the the people I work with for the most part.
Cons
Not every project is great, so doing fun project work can a be hit or miss. Some clients can be better than others. However, projects are not that long in duration, so even if you get a bad project, it's only temporary.
