Pros
You cant beat this place for culture. Everyone is very friendly, they go out of their way to give a real sense of community. There are constantly group activities. They encourage knowledge sharing and helping you learn. I was given opportunities to help mentor people in my group and they do have cross training in teams. There is a lot of room for leadership and growth in the CRM division. If you are a strong leader you can easily go far in this group.
Cons
There are not enough senior resources on the CRM team. With the amount of projects the group is doing it makes it very difficult to make time to train people properly. It requires a lot of overtime to handle it properly. The CRM leadership is completely new to the Salesforce ecosystem and it shows.
