- Tech stack (Magento) is very outdated. You will not learn how to be a proficient software engineer working with this framework - The company does not sell a product that they develop rather they sell their labor in hours to companies that need us to build something for them. - This leads to a culture where developers need to be very accountable for their time and log everything they do in a day and managers encourage developers to hit their max billable hours
