Interview was a group tick box system which takes 2 hours. Training was basic. Very high turnover of staff, highly qualified staff at that and very knowledgeable of several products with different companies Rigney Dolphin have contracts with. Senior management or management at any level for that matter, do not interact with those on the phones. Staff on the phones are treated like children in a school classroom with as little as toilet breaks being monitored! Targets are constantly under review and are increased if too many people are reaching him and earning a good bonus. There is no flexibility with time off that is unforseen, it must be an absolute emergency. Canteen food is only alright with very little selection. Parking is a nightmare. Receptionist is very friendly and welcoming but once you go beyond reception, the atmosphere changes. I got on well working there for the 4yrs during the recession when bills had to be paid, I managed to progress but I will never consider working here or any other third party call centre again. Degrading and demoralising.
