Pros
The best thing about working at Riley is that most people are genuinely where they want to be. People who choose to work with children in healthcare enjoy what they're doing which makes for a good work environment. The company provides a culture of growth and learning, and the benefits are excellent.
Cons
Unfortunately the burnout of working in a place that is so prone to compassion fatigue gets to many employees, and while there are direct managers who genuinely care and try to do right by their employees, it can be difficult to see any change coming from above them.
