1. Manufacturing management and CEO doesnt know what INDUSTRIALISATION means. 2. Least experienced staff and management on ground. 3. over staffed and more than necessary people acting as leads. so the downfall is inevitable. 4. Every employee is living in a dreamland where Mate is their god and the company spends alot on the brand "Mate". 5. Suppliers do more work than the engineers. Hardly two engineers can operate a robot and none of the production operators is skilled enough to operate the lines. 6. Operators and workers who have been with the company since the start are now heads, managers and have no experience of how to run the automotive business. 7. For a raise and promotion, all you need is a good English accent. Your work means nothing.
