The staff is great to work with, busy day,

Pay is very low, stressful

Management that is on the floor at the day program is responsive. Pay is $1 higher than most agencies for the same position.

Poorly managed company, staff are put in dangerous situations constantly, no repercussions for violent clients. Even company vehicles are not maintained well. Traumatizing environment.
