Pros
It's a solid place if you want to build a career in EdTech sales. The management is actually quite approachable compared to bigger companies. I spend most of my day coaching my team on how to talk to students from smaller towns who are worried about their future. When a student actually finishes a course and gets a certificate, it feels like we did something right.
Cons
Balancing the pressure from top management and team becomes a bit challenging sometimes, but that's how we push our limits.
