Pros

experience in the jewelry industry and fast pace workplace without a lot of red tape

Cons

Toxic workplace, everyone is very disrespectful to each other and stems from the top down. CEO and President have created a mean girl workplace despite touting "female founded and run" company. DEI is non-existent in face the CEO turns her nose up at it. You will have to give up any life you have to work here, slacks and texts 24/7 from everyone including the CEO and you are expected to answer them right away otherwise you could be reprimanded. Leadership doesn't know what they are doing and don't take their employees ideas or concerns seriously. Fragrant spending has lead them to financially be in a bad place despite employee concerns. As trendy as a place it may seem, its all fake and you will work yourself into the ground solely to fund the CEOs lifestyle with nothing in return.

Pros

I've enjoyed every minute of my time here so far. The team is the most passionate & collaborative I've worked with. It’s fast-paced place and things move quickly, but you're always learning and it feels like your work actually makes an impact. The leadership team is supportive and always pushing the brand forward

Cons

Things move quickly, so you need to stay adaptable

Pros

The brand has strong name recognition and a loyal customer base

Cons

The culture is extremely toxic, starting at the top and trickling down through every level of leadership. The founder fosters a fear-based environment where intimidation and favoritism are common. Upper management, particularly within marketing, leads through public criticism, yelling, and humiliation, creating a culture of anxiety rather than collaboration. There’s very little genuine support or mentorship, and success is measured solely by numbers without regard for burnout or well-being. Nepotism is rampant, and decisions are often based on personal favoritism rather than merit or performance. Overall, it’s a demoralizing environment that prioritizes fear and control over growth and respect.
