Premium console & PC titles). Lots of great talent to learn from. Genuine interest from all and fresh steps towards making RingZero Game Studios a great place to work, make friends with an international group of peers, and develop games all are proud to call ours. Genuine interest and fresh steps towards pursuing new genres and gameplay innovation. New approaches that give small prototype teams space and room to explore, and come up with fresh ideas that have not been tried before.
Cons
There are a number of vacancies that need filled to smooth out a few kinks. (Thanks, Glassdoor. It is not nice how you've created a feedback reinforcement loop. This makes it an uphill battle to pivot and create a great workplace, being saddled with prior reviews. You've increased the burden here greatly. Could you please create something that can be part of making a great workplace, and just amplify echos of a company's past?)
