Pros
Not your typical call center. Used to have tons of snacks. Could watch netflix or do hw inbetween calls. Working nights have very little calls. Pay wasn't bad for a call center, but I heard it's gone down
Cons
They record and grade each call, which is fine, but they started to become over meticulous and docking you for random things. If you fail calls then they take away privileges.
