The only con would be not a huge space for growth in certain departments.

Having a hard time with this one. Used to be a great company filled with knowledgeable people from the field. Not anymore

Two people looking over your shoulder telling you how to do your job at every instant. Complete lack of backing by managers. You are wrong, they are right. Everytime. No questions allowed Just another box store.
