Paralegal - Anonymous employee Rios Law Firm Employee Review

I started working for Rios Law Firm not long after the firm opened. I accepted my position when it was offered to me because Ms. Rios was one of the most honest people that I know. Her goal was the same as mine - to produce high quality work without compromising her personal standards of honesty and integrity. Her most endearing quality to me is that she has never as long as I can remember told me to do anything. She asks me to do a task and when I have finished it she says thank you. When I have made mistakes in my work she has never once made me feel foolish or stupid or less than. I have worked at a lot of places in my lifetime and this is the first job that I have had where I have not felt extreme frustration because of micromanagement and being treated as if I was in kindergarten. I am fortunate to work with someone for whom I have such respect, both personally and professionally. I don't know about anyone else, but in my world it doesn't get any better than this and I appreciate the years that I have been privileged enough to work with Ms. Rios.
