Pros
I can't say enough how much I enjoy working here. It's hard to know where to begin. I think one of the most positive things is the corporate culture. There's a really an emphasis on transparency and trust in your co-workers which really contributes to my overall happiness. I also really enjoy the dynamic nature of a startup. It's a great place to learn new things as long as you're willing to step outside your comfort zone, take some initiative, and learn as you go.
Cons
Base salary is on the low side but total compensation is pretty good.
