Recruiter - Recruiter Rise Medical Staffing Employee Review

We have an amazing work environment here to help me stay motivated. My supervisors have a vast wealth of experience and knowledge to offer me during tough situations. I truly feel like my success and personal development is their goal. Our office really values fun and we have a great time while we get the work done. I feel like I can really be myself here, which I think is actually pretty unique. There are also great incentives and management puts a lot of time into making creative games that reward good performance. I feel at home here!

Recruiting is a really tough job! It is unpredictable and requires persistence and grit. Sometimes I find it really hard to be on the computer or phone so often, but it's just a part of the job. Other than the difficulties of recruiting, I don't have many negatives to say about Rise Medical Staffing. I'd love some more PTO and holidays off (so does everybody) - that's about it!

Coworkers are great, monthly team bonding activities, casual environment.

Typical sales position- if you don't meet your goals they will fire you. Very high turnover rate. They hire a group of 5-10 recruiters at a time and then fire about 75% of them when they can't meet their goals 3 months later. They tell you it is an 8-5 job, but expect you to work around the clock. You are on the phones all day cold calling people.
