They'll pay up to $3K per year for you to take courses, certificates, etc anything to help you do better at your job - culture/team in any area of Rise8 is fantastic which is rare. Rise8 has an A Player policy. Everyone I have worked with is passionate, competent and kind. - I believe in the C-suite team at Rise8, I am on board with the vision and mission of the company

- no equity - work/life balance. In general what I've seen are people who prioritize work/life balance are usually mediocre at both. It's a start-up so work/life balance isn't as prioritized
