Supportive coworkers overshadowed by toxic environment and bullying - Youth Advocate Counselor RiseBoro Community Partnership Employee Review

This was truly the worst organization I have ever worked for. No only did I endure blatant bullying, but no support from my supervisor or any hire up officials. I was essentially pushed out of this job, sacrificing my income and my confidence as a Social Worker is completely shattered. When leaving, my supervisor, and boss did not speak to me or wish me well. They essentially pretended I did not exist. Never work for this company.
