-Dynamic Environment: Working in the Risk.Inc as member of customer support means you’re always on your toes. The fast-paced nature keeps things exciting and offers continuous learning opportunities. -Supportive Team Culture: The collaboration among team members is outstanding. Everyone is willing to help and share knowledge, creating a positive work atmosphere. -Career Growth Opportunities: The company invests in employee development by offering training programmes and a separate balance of funds for external courses to enhance skills and advance your career. -Benefits: The company offers a wide range of benefits across various categories to enhance your comfort and well-being. These perks not only support your personal life but also align with your professional goals, helping you thrive in both areas. -Team building: The company frequently organizes informal events that foster team bonding and create opportunities for closer interactions among colleagues. These gatherings not only enhance camaraderie but also contribute to a positive work environment, making collaboration more enjoyable.

Cons

-High workload: During peak activity periods, workloads can become excessive, which can lead to stress and burnout among employees. But this is more of a disadvantage of working in customer support in general, not specifically Risk.Inc.

Pros

The work environment is friendly and supportive. People here are willing to help each other out, and there’s a good sense of teamwork. You get the chance to learn a lot, especially if you're just starting in this field. The leadership team is approachable, and they do listen to your feedback, which is nice. The pay is decent for the role, and the benefits are good too.

Cons

The work can sometimes feel a bit repetitive, and the workload can get heavy depending on the time of year. Also, there could be more opportunities for career growth. It feels like there are certain roles that don’t get as much recognition, even though they contribute a lot.
