Pros
The CEO can sell an ice chest to an Alaskan in winter. The engineering staff is truly amazing with people giving their 100% to a company that does not deserve it.
Cons
The CEO is the only person who can make sales, because he over-promises features that are impossible to deliver. Massive attrition in senior management (year over year). Ask any former employee, and they will tell you the horror stories. Salaries are far below the market value for Albuquerque.
