Pros
I worked at Rita 12 years ago. I decided to stay home and raise my daughter and when it was time to come back to work there was no question where I wanted to go. I came back to my Rita family and the best part was that the majority of the people that I worked with all those years ago are still here now. It really does say a a lot about a company.

I wish we had a bring your dog to work day!
