      Passionate directors. Chose great projects. Clearly had design eyes. Directors cared about personal development and were very helpful with queries. Company full of hard workers.

      Cons

      Small team and small office at the time (I think has expanded quite a bit since then).

      Shows promise with its focus on local humanistic projects and the bright, spacious workspace creates a comfortable work environment. Overall hardworking spirit, reflected in long work hours averaging around 10 hours per day. Salary offered is competitive.

      Cons

      There is room for improvement in promoting gender inclusivity and diversity within the office. Potential conflicts of interest arising from the consolidation of HR and finance departments. There is limited scope for WFH which may restrict employee flexibility and work-life balance.
