Pros
Depending on the location and how much input you have on what employee stays or goes it can be good. Some staff is fantastic and helps make the job enjoyable. would like to believe that there are some great districts.
Cons
Minimum staff makes it difficult. DM's make all the difference. There have been great ones in the past but unfortunately they are not all created equally. Dishonesty is a hard pill to swallow and lack of compassion on their part makes it hard to strive to do your best. Compensation is good for the pharmacist but not for staff that supports you. In order to keep the good ones, there needs to be more incentive to stay. There are some horrible front end staff that people complain about but they won't reprimand or fire. Anything goes for the horrible.
