Pros

The best reason to work here? The only reason I stay is the location is convenient for where I live. I am attending college so this is just a holdover until I can get a real job. If I wasn't in college I would have left long ago. I'm surprised my head hasn't split open from banging it off of the wall so often.

Cons

Honestly, the field team only listens to store managers. You can talk to them-they act like they care-acknowledge you and basically do nothing. It doesn't help that the district manager is buddies with some of the store managers. You can't reach human resources to save your life. store managers harass the supervisors at home over stupid things that happened on a shift like running out of a supply or forgetting to make a phone call that was not even important in the first place. Store managers can run around and do what they want without consequences, except maybe being questioned very mildly, and when given an excuse, they just accept it like its the ultimate truth and the employees making the complaint are crazy. Someone will eventually sue this company for poor working conditions and win. The level of harassment allowed is incredible.
