Ritecheck has an awesome flexible work schedule for those with families and are in school. The staff is awesome. There is always room for advancement with hard work.

I really have no cons.

You get your full 40 hrs, sometimes overtime. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Training is 3 months. They switch you from store to store sometimes the stores are 1 or 2 hours away from you and put you in whatever schedule time they want even if it isnt the one you applied for. Management does not care about your personal life.
