Pros

The culture and it's people! Events like popcorn socials, the company picnic, holiday parties, potlucks, and more give the office a fun spin. Co-workers across multiple teams make collaborative efforts easy and successful. My immediate supervisor is very supportive and is invested in helping me grow as an employee. This is a very fast paced environment, if you're not willing to roll with the punches or adapt when processes change then I would not recommend this company. It has challenged me and helped me step outside of my comfort zone and learn to step up and perform.

Cons

There does seem to be a negative connotation associated with working from home. Management team will work with you on it, but its not preferred which is ironic for a technology company where all of my work can be done from a computer anywhere with internet. It would be nice if CommerceHub's paid holidays lined up with federal and/or bank holidays. While I feel like I have developed tremendously as a professional, I feel like there isn't much room for me to grow within the team career ladder.

Pros

CS org combined with Renewals some time ago. Since then, the Customer Success leadership has put the team in a great position to succeed. Providing solid tools and direction, using metric-based approaches and not aimless goals (like having to hit a generic 'calls made' goal)

Cons

Upward movement career-wise can be a challenge

Pros

The company has talented employees and some strong legacy teams. There are opportunities to learn quickly, especially in ecommerce and retail media, and many coworkers are collaborative and supportive despite ongoing challenges.

Cons

The culture has significantly declined under newer leadership. There is a growing disconnect between executive expectations and the realities of team workloads, resulting in burnout, high turnover, and low morale. Employees are often expected to absorb additional responsibilities without meaningful support, compensation adjustments, or clear direction.
