Fantastic, incredibly smart team of people without the arrogance. Managed to give people the incredible flexibility to work how they want to. At the same time building a team culture that would be the envy of many. Fundamentally practice what they preach.

If you are used a traditional 9-5 in-office model, where you are constantly micro managed, this flexible and autonomous environment might be challenging.
