Pros
Excellent place to work. Fantastic culture and people. They will give you as much responsibility as you want. Management is committed to treating people with respect and encourages people to put family first. Everyone is passionate about the company's mission. The people genuinely enjoy working with each other. There is a very collaborative atmosphere.
Cons
Company is growing and can sometimes feel like they jump from one idea to the next. A lot has changed fro the good in the last 6 months and things seem like they are on the right path. There's a lot more proactive planning than reactive scrambling.
