      They paint a real good picture and extort a lot of government funding, frontline staff really do care.

      Cons

      They act all nice and kind, smile to your face and stab you in the back. Dishonest, misleading, demanding, demeaning and toxic.

      Pros

      If you have a good boss, that you and your department will be like a family. The work is very rewarding

      Cons

      Pay is not great. lots of empty promises in regards to pay. used to have bonuses. Very cold interaction between executives and regular employees unless there is a WIIFM component for them, which stinks.
