      Pros

      Many opportunities for incentive pay, but hard to hit targets. Lots of activities and get togethers paid for by the company. Company supplied vehicle. Medical and 401k benefits.

      Cons

      The sales rep has to take care of every problem even if it is caused by a delivery driver or accounting issues. Doesn't typically have tools needed in order to install pos, I used my own personal tools. Lots of favoritism. Not many opportunities to advance with the comapny.

      Does not ask any questions about your background Good Pay Family like enviroment

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow you to explain your side of the story if a misunderstanding arises. Sold the company to a corparate business.
