      Lovely colleagues in a gorgeous setting. Guests are happy to visit.

      Cons

      Poor communication across the board, starting with senior management. Staff aren't valued. Command and control leadership style that pits people against each other.

      Aesthetic interior design of restaurant and cafe is pleasing 10% service charge automatically included in bills which is a welcome top up on minimum wage

      Cons

      Restaurant is understaffed creating a stressful and high pressured workplace. Management demonstrates a lack of awareness of this problem and the impact it has on customer satisfaction and employee wellbeing.
